  • Because College SA is a Distance Learning College, and because our Students come from all over South Africa, we have partnered up with exam venues across South Africa.
  • This means that no matter where in South Africa you stay, we will try to find you an exam venue as close as possible to where you stay.
  • When you are ready to register for your exams, you need to contact the College and ask to speak to your Personal Tutor and tell him or her that you want to write your exams. Your Personal Tutor will provide you with an Exam Entry Request Form which you will need to fill in and return to the College.
  • As soon as the College receives your Exam Entry Request Form, we will contact an exam venue as close as possible to where you stay and request that you can write your exam there.
  • If that particular exam venue can accommodate you, then we will send that exam venue your Statement of Results (your Term Mark). This is a requirement set by the Department of Higher Education of Training (DHET).
  • You will then get a confirmation letter from us telling you that we have found you an exam venue. The confirmation letter will also instruct you that you will then need to go to that exam venue, in person, and fill in a Registration Form as prescribed by the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET).
