WHAT IS ‘Save-a-child’ First Aid?
The course is designed to teach essential First Aid and basic life support for infants and children to parents, domestics, nannies, teachers, friends and family.

ASSESSMENT AND AWARD
You will be required to submit a written assignment as well as attend a practical assessment day at an EDUCARE centre close to you. Once you have successfully completed the written assignment and attended the practical day, you will be awarded with an EDUCARE ‘Save-a-child’ First Aid certificate.
WHY SHOULD I STUDY ‘SAVE-A-CHILD’ FIRST AID?
The course is ideal for anyone who works with children or has children of their own. The course covers the basics of child First Aid as well as dealing with the different types of emergencies you might encounter when looking after children. The course includes a practical aspect that gives you the opportunity to practically apply what you have learnt and the instructor can answer any questions and help you with your technique.
