What is Creche Management?
Creche Management is a comprehensive course that covers all the aspects involved in running a Creche, from start up to managing the learning environment and staff. It is designed for people who are currently working in the Early Childhood Development field as well as people who would like to open their own Creche.

ASSESSMENT AND AWARD
You will need to submit a Portfolio of Evidence, which will be used to determine competency. Once you have successfully completed the Portfolio of Evidence and assignment, you will be awarded with a College SA Certificate in Creche Management.

The significance of good management for the effective operation of education for young children has been increasingly acknowledged since the transformation of education in South Africa. It is important for the survival of Creches and schools to meet the needs of the children, teachers, parents and the community. This course provides you with up-to-date information about theoretical and practical frameworks that will guide and equip you to understand the policies and concepts that lead to effective management and practice in Creche Management centres.
