WHAT IS INDESIGN CS5 BASIC?With InDesign CS5 you can create, change, move, edit and control every aspect of the document that you are building and creating for printing, online use or even mobile use. It is the ultimate creation and design tool for documents containing animation, video, sound and pictures.Cross-media Publishing allows you to create almost any kind of document, like a PDF that has video and sound. Or you can create SWF documents with animation, video, etc. that can be played in Flash Player runtime. Integration with Adobe CS Live Online Services lets you review page layouts online with Adobe CS Review. Integration with Adobe design, web and digital reading applications allows you to get your project from design to print or digital output without a problem. All the Adobe Creative Suite programs are integrated. The Productivity Tools feature contains tools that will help you to work more efficiently and productively. You get smart guides, rapid table creation, multiple-file placement, etc. to help you work faster. Robust Text Composition allows you to create text that looks exactly right in the setting you chose. You can use styles, text wrap, the Paragraph Composer and drop caps to get the look you want. The Built-in Creative Tools feature is there to give you everything you need to get the effects you want. It supports 3D Photoshop artwork and has very fine transparency controls. Preflighting and Productions allows you to export PDFs while working on another document. You get preflighting, document-installed fonts, JDF technology, presets and onscreen controls with this feature. The Extensibility feature allows you to build software solutions for publishing to suit your needs. You can use InDesign Markup Language (IDML), an XML-based file format that will let you create and modify files with XML tools.
