Office Administration Studies
Do you want to work in an Office Administration or Secretarial Department? Or are you already employed and you want to improve your career opportunities by getting an Office Administration qualification? The best way to start a career in Office Administration is with the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers’ National Certificate Junior Office Administrator. . When you have completed this programme, you can go on to study towards the Senior Office Administrator qualification. The Junior and Senior Office Administrator courses give you access to the higher level office administrator qualification – the National Diploma: Office Management.

- National Certificate: ICB Junior Office Administrator NQF Level 5
- Higher Certificate: ICB Senior Office Administrator NQF Level 5
- National Diploma: ICB Certified Office Manager NQF Levels 5 and 6.
