Finished your Course Early?
If you plan to finish your course in less than the recommended number of months, I have some very good news! Once you have completed your studies, you can stop paying us the monthly fees. Like I said... if you don’t study, you don’t pay!

What is the catch? No catch, but you must make sure you understand the following terms and conditions:

• If you finish your course in less time than the recommended length of study, then you can stop paying us as soon as you have completed your final assignment or test or exam on the course you are studying.

• You must pay us up to the END of the month in which you complete your course.

• College SA is the ONLY College where you stop paying when are finished with your course.

• You get our Course Completion Policy and Form with your first pack from us, so make sure you read the policy and that you understand it.

Need to Take a Break from your Studies?
We know that life happens... you get busy at work and with your family, and you don’t always get the chance to focus on your studies. So if you know that you will not be able to study, and if you inform us in advance, then you can take a Study Holiday, which is also a Payment Holiday... for up to three months. We really want you to complete your studies, but we don’t want to hold you hostage!

What is the catch? No catch, but you must make sure you understand the following terms and conditions:

• You can take a break from your studies, and at the same time we  shall give you a break from paying your monthly fee.

• You cannot take a break from the month you are in. Your break can only start the next month.

• You MUST fill in the Take-a-Break form to let us know that you will not be studying the following month, and then we make sure that we do not charge you for the next month, and that we do not service you that month.

• You can take a break for up to Three Months.

• You can take one break per year.

• Of course, if you do NOT inform us that you are taking a break, we will charge you, and you will still HAVE to pay for the month.

• College SA is the ONLY College where you can choose to Pay ONLY When You Study.

• You get our Take a Break Policy and Form with your first pack from us, so make sure you read the policy and that you understand it!

Need to Stop your Studies?
Our friendly registrars will always try their best to assure that you are on exactly the right course. But your circumstances might change in such a way that you need to study something else. Or during your studies you might lose interest in your studies. When this happens you have two options:

1.    You can change over or transfer to a more appropriate course. We do not penalise you if you decide to transfer.
2.    You can choose to end your studies.

If you choose to end your studies, then you can use our easy cancellation process. You pay a cancellation fee of R500, but you don’t have to keep on paying your monthly fees.
