Payment due date for all accounts is the 25th of every month, unless an alternative payment date has been arranged with the accounts department

We regret to inform you that no service will be provided to students whose monthly payments have not been made.
Your account will accrue arrears if payment is not made.

Remember that we are always willing to assist you, no matter what.


So rather call our Accounts Department to make the necessary arrangements for one of the following options available to you:

• Easy payment plan: if you cannot afford the monthly payments, we can arrange for you to make smaller payments over a longer period. This will make things easier for you, but for this option you will have to pay by means of a debit order.
• Take-a-break option: you can take-a-break of up to three (3) months and during this time you will not be charged, but you will also not be serviced, which means we will not mark assignments or contact you until the take-a-break have lapsed and payment has resumed. This is almost like taking a sabbatical or a study holiday.
• Cancellation: you are allowed to cancel the course with us at any time but you have to pay the outstanding arrears on your account and the R500.00 cancellation fee. However, before you cancel, ask yourself why you enrolled in the first place.
