Service Delivery!
Last year I applied through another institution to do a PR diploma. After a lot of fighting, tears and drama, they refunded me as they've never actually enrolled me. I had to fight to get study material and when I did receive it, I was shocked to see all the spelling and language mistakes in their material! On Monday, 14 May, I decided to enrol for the Events course at College SA (my father actually recommended you!). Given my previous experience with the other institution, I didn't get my hopes up, but the service I got from Gerhard and Nicola pleasantly surprised me!! By Friday afternoon I had my books, student card and various other College SA goodies. I am really impressed with the service I got from you thus far! And I want to compliment you on the presentation of your study material, packaging and going the extra mile to make studying through College SA a pleasure! I will definitely recommend you to everyone interested in doing a course!

COLLEGE SA ROCKS!
As an artist (musician) of South Africa, I’ve had to take up correspondence
education so I could also have enough time for my musical life. I've been to other institutes but they were totally corrupted and just ''money hungry'' and did not care about their students’ futures! After I’ve just completed my qualification with College SA I now can proudly say that South Africa does have a very dynamic institute and government should honour them on their fine input, especially into youngsters’ lives because College SA gives their students a lot of guaranteed hope and success! I am proud to say that I will be furthering my academics with College SA and I hope I can achieve all " As " for my subjects like how I have performed in my previous qualification!
A big shout out to Collen, Nicola, Fiona, Shamiela, Kyle, Daniel, Ashley and to all the others staff of College SA... You guys rock!!! It’s you people that make College SA the amazing institute it is! Without you, College SA would never be such a perfect masterpiece!

Nicola, you rock :) Thanks for the awesome friendly service
I've received nothing but the best of service from Nicola. It feels like we have a more of a friendship-based relationship. She checks up on me to see if I understand the work and lets me know about my packages and when they should be delivered. She motivates me and ensures that I am coping with my studies. Really brilliant service! Thanks Nicola! You rock :D xx

Well done College SA!!
I am currently studying a Junior Bookkeeping Course through College SA and have nothing but fantastic service and support from them. I am almost at the end of my Diploma with one Module left to complete and the entire experience of correspondence study with them has been wonderful. They respond fast to any queries and the study material is designed to totally prepare you for the exams. I can totally recommend them to anyone who is interested in studying further.

Regular feedback
Fiona always responds to my mails even when I seem to be unreasonable in my requests. She stays friendly and even phones to make sure I understand exactly what the next step is. I am very big on service delivery and Fiona seems to get that. I have a fast turnaround with my assignments and sometimes wish that my study material would get to me quicker, but I also realise that because I am paying off on these studies that the college needs to protect itself. Fiona sorts out all my queries and gives me feedback, usually on the same day. I like the fact that she is open and honest.

Awesome Service from and Awesome Student adviser!!
I am extremely impressed with the service I get from College SA. I have been a student for 2 years now and I would recommend College SA to anyone. The staff are all such great people, and always willing to help you, from student adviser to tutor. I reckon the person mostly responsible for my great experience is my student adviser. Daniel Booyse is always there to help and he always goes the extra mile. He sorts out any problem effortlessly and he is always friendly. What a pleasure to deal with him!!! Thank you so much Daniel!!! You are awesome!!!

Compliment for Charline Jordaan
She is always friendly and never impatient...my lifesaver in times of stress and panic – and this I can do really good. :-) This woman has plenty on her plate but never stops to take on more to help you! She has a very positive and helpful attitude. I've overloaded her this year with insecurities and questions, but she has always stepped up and helped me! I am so very grateful that she is on the College SA team and I can compliment College SA in that they have jewel on their staff with her being part of their team!! Going the extra mile is a compliment that she does good justice to!! Many thanks and gratitude to Charline!!

I’ve never had such good assistance, i mean FNBs service is good and fast - but Daniel Booyse your service is BETTER! Your attitude over the phone is positive and convenient. You always offer to help even if you're busy. Businesses needs more people like you. You seem very commit and kind at the same time - and we call that a SKILL!

College Accounting Tutor - The Greatest!!!! ;-)
It is one thing to have people helping you when you are in need during a time of studying, but it is definitely the greatest feeling knowing that there is someone to help you and who will go the extra mile at all times from the college itself. Mr Christopher Abrahams is that and more! He is the most, yes MOST, HELPFUL person I have come across and I take my hat off to him in all he does to help me! The times I knew very little is when he showed me much support! He made everything seem so simple even at the hardest times for me, and now I have realised he was completely right! I asked myself why I say this. This is because he went through explanations thoroughly and helped me through every step which has led me onto the correct path. He spends his utmost energy and time to be helpful and kind without giving me any reason to think he is tired of my questions. One thing I must add: it takes A GREAT COLLEGE WITH EXCELLENT PRINCIPLES, DEDICATION AND TUTORS to deliver such excellent service! Mr Abrahams, thank you for going the extra mile...You are the best!

Thank you for your effort
I've submitted my assignment to College SA on 19 September 2011, on 30 September 2011 I phoned for my results and it was still not marked, Christopher did the effort to mark my assignment after hours in his personal time.
