• Take a Study Break Policy - The Policy regarding taking a break from your studies;

The College SA Order Pack contains the following important documents and forms:

• Brief message from your Student Support Manager;
• Further Works Order Form - complete this form if you would like to receive your next set of study material from the College;
• Institute Exam Order Form Pack Form - complete this form to arrange membership with one of College SA's academic partners. Also, complete this form to register for exams conducted through the academic partner / institute. This only applies to the following institutes: ICB, CIS, IBS, CIMA and SAIM;
• Tutor Contact Form - fill in this form and submit it to the College and we will arrange a tutor to contact you;
• Subject Certificate Application Form - when you have finished your subject, fill this Form in and submit it to the College. You will receive a Subject Completion Certificate from the College;
• Course Certificate Application Form - when you have finished your full course, fill this Form in and submit it to the College. You will receive a Course Completion Certificate from the College. This only applies to students doing a College Programme.
