Course Description:

A Certified Accounting Technician is someone who fulfils a supporting role within a firm of accountants or theaccounts department of a company or organisation. Depending on the size of the firm they work at, they could eitherassist chartered accountants with daily activities or perform all functions related to finances themselves. Typical tasks would include the following: controlling budgets, managing payrolls, dealing with invoices, auditing accounts, basic bookkeeping and advising on taxation. Certified Accounting Technicians could therefore be regarded asfinancial controllers – one of the most important positions in any organisation.

Course Duration:

Students have a maximum period of 10 years in which they can complete all the exams, so they decide at which pace they want to study.
