Corporate Strategy

Course Description:

This course will cover the principle concepts and models used in the strategic management process.  These concepts and models can be applied to diagnose, analyse and understand organisational problems.

In order to successfully complete Corporate Strategy, all of the following subjects must be completed:
•    Introduction to strategic management
•    Strategic management methodologies
•    Context of strategic decisions
•    Corporate strategy selection
•    Strategy implementation
•    Continuous improvement through strategic control and evaluation

Course Duration:
