Course Description:

Small Business Management involves the process relating to developing ideas and starting your own business. This process can be divided into four phases:

• Analysing your personal skills and attributes and those of successful entrepreneurs, and looking at the business environment in which the enterprise will operate.
• Focussing on the creative thinking, the development of business ideas and the feasibility study needed to evaluate all these ideas.
• Testing the viability of the idea and developing a practical business plan.
• Considering the legal and other requirements for the establishment of the enterprise.
