Short Courses

• Short Courses are, like the name suggests, short in nature, so unlike full qualifications that stretch over periods of between one to three years, Short Courses are completed within a few months. The study period of any Short Course is usually between three to six months and their purpose is to give students a brief introduction to a certain subject. They could either be focused on the development of specific skills or give students an idea of what they can expect from this field of study if they wish to pursue a full qualification at a later stage. 

• As Short Courses are only focused on one specific aspect within a wider subject field, they do not lead to full qualifications such as Certificates or Diplomas.
